If you’ve seen my tiktok account, you know that one of my favorite things to do on tiktok is give small businesses a website audit and tell them a few little tweaks that they can do to make a big difference on their website. A lot of times people aren’t making the sales they want because there are just a few little tweaks they can make that will make their whole website experience more user friendly, and so much better.
Here are the top 3 mistakes that I see when I’m doing these audits, and they’re super easy fixes, and they’ll make a big difference on your conversions.
So number one is making it too difficult for people to find what they’re looking for. It’s easy to assume that people will look around your website and find everything, but in reality most people don’t spend that long on each website. So when they go to your site, they want to see what they’re looking for right there. So make it easy for them with your search option, and your navigation bar, and what you’re featuring on your website.
Second is that you’re not utilizing your calls to action, and you need to have those EVERYWHERE on your website. Some of my favorites are:

And number three is that you really need to have an email capture so you can send marketing emails (newsletters, sales, etc.) down the line. One great way to get emails is by offering a discount to anyone who signs up!
